Optimisation par fusion et fission, application au problème du découpage aérien européen

Abstract : This article presents a new optimization process based on an analogy with nuclear fusion and fission. Originally, this process was intended to resolve an air traffic problem. But through this problem, this process allows to resolve other NP-hard problems. This process is quite new so it is still now difficult to implement. The main idea of this process is to make fusion and fission between "atoms". Atoms are sets of nucleons. Let us consider each nucleon as an unbreakable unit of the problem. Matter who is filled with atoms will be reorganized by the process into more stabilized states.
